GREENASH waste-to-energy systems
The proven technology that keeps our environment clean.
GREENASH treats mixed waste where it is produced. It burns at 1,250 °C with almost no smoke and leaves only 1–3% ash.
Landfills are full. Waste keeps coming.
Dumpsites around the world are at capacity, and new landfills are hard to open. Where collection trucks rarely come, waste is dumped or burned in the open.
We treat waste close to where it is made, and turn old landfill waste into solid fuel so the land can recover.
Why we do this
We are not above nature. We are a part of nature.
Waste treated where it is made is waste that is not dumped or burned in the open.
Three chambers. Clean air out.
Injected air divides the furnace into three to four zones. Waste stays longer at high heat, so harmful gases break down before they reach the stack.
Load mixed waste
Wet food waste, plastics, sludge and tires go in together, with no sorting.
Primary chamber
Waste dries and gasifies inside refractory walls that hold the heat in.
Upper chambers
An air curtain mixes the gases and burns them again at a stable 1,250 °C.
Only ash remains
About 1–3% is left, and the heat can be reused for water or power.
Mixed and wet waste, no sorting.
GREENASH takes waste as it comes. Only stone, glass and metal stay out.
